Gang Wars Rules
Gangs are encouraged to maintain their territory and defend it as they see fit. This however is limited to gang vs gang interactions. Civilians are not to be targeted in “gang war” type roleplay actions. You are not allowed to go back in the attack/gangwar area if you're brutality wounded, just stay in your house/hospital for about 3 minutes for recovery but you can only go back in the attack area after 1 hour of your wounds recovery. The cooldown for any attack is 6 hours. This applies to all factions. Failed to follow will result in imprisonment for 5 or more hours. Every wars has to be documented via P:LS forum, screenshot'd, and sent to Administration. You're also responsible for keeping a documentation for yourself in case of issues.
Allies Restriction/Faction member participation
You are allowed to use an ally during attacks under strict circumstances. You need to have circumstantial evidence that your faction and the other faction is allied, it has to be a worth-while alliance, it must be longer than three weeks. You may only use 1 allied faction per attack. The attack must not exceed 4 players in total and your faction needs to be 50% of the attacking party (2:2). If the rule is broken the faction directly involved in the war will be punished. Brawls are exempt from this rule and can have up to 10 people in total.
Leader Rules
Leaders are required too set good examples for the members of the Gang/Family so that they are bettering there Gang/Family with there roleplay, there experince, and too become active, model members of this server. Leaders must remember not too mass recruit and never too switch themes, names, And HQ'S without giving a gang mod notice. If the slot owner is banned, the Gang/Family will be warned and the co-leader will take leadership.
Weapon Restrictions
Grenades, RPG, molotovs, and sniper rifles may not be used. OOC /mask may not be used during this war.
Explanation of Attacks
Attacks are defined as if you as a faction member go into another factions' turf and commit a hostile act against that factions' member, property (to include graffiti tagging if witnessed/caught in the act), regardless of the outcome. It will constitute as an attack whether or not you kill a said faction in or out of their turf. Any attacks are to be fully roleplayed events and should not fall under deathmatching behavior.
Aftermath of War
Losing/surrendering party will have to forfeit whatever was agreed upon unless both faction mutually agrees to call off the war. Factions involved in a Player Kill war with each other may not go to another war for at least 1 month.
Neutral Areas
Players may not commit serious crimes on purpose in high profile areas without adequate law enforcement on duty. Players may check if there are enough law enforcement by asking an administrator. This limitation, however, is not to be used as a “safe zone”. If players being chased by an attacker and run onto the steps of a police station, this does not mean they must suddenly stop all illegal activity. The following zones include all of their reasonable surrounding perimeters.
All restricted areas may have crimes purposefully committed on them such as robberies of banks

Character Kill (CK) Regulations
Agreements
Agreements for CK must be made via P:LS forum PMs or within your forum section (only if official) and available to be forwarded to the faction management in case of disputes. Agreement must shows the terms of CK and the person's response stating specifically that the person agrees to the term as written. Any other type of agreement will not be considered to be valid and will not be enforced. Note: Any attempt to forge/fabricate CK claims/agreement will result in a severe repercussions. If you have been killed and you don't know why, you may ask your killer for clarification. If you are the killer and are being asked this question you are obligated to tell them the reason behind it. If you are unhappy with the reason provided you may report them for further investigation.
IC/OOC Reasons
CKs may only be done for IC reasons. OOC based CKs are forbidden.
Length of Agreement
CK agreements only valid while the faction is active & exists. All CK rights over any characters are expired upon the closure/termination of a faction. In the case of the character moving past/departing a faction that holds CK permission on them, they may request leadership to formally relinquish the CK permission on them. If both parties cannot come to agreement, Faction Management may be contacted to intervene.
Faction Leadership Overthrow
Description
In order for a faction member to successfully perform, they must be a high ranking member of the faction, I.E second-in-charge and or in a shared leadership position ("high council.") In order to force CK a leader out of the faction, you must PM Faction Management Council. before ANY action is taking in-game or OOCly to remove said leader with a sufficient reasoning, you must have the support of the majority of the faction members which should be confirmed over a P:LS forum PM along with a very valid reason to CK the leader out of the faction.
NOTE: Bare in mind this should come as a last resort, always do your best to work out the issues you may have with the leader/leadership, FM will be judging off of a strict basis when it comes to these scenarios.
Additional Info/Notes
